In The Great Gatsby, a kind of ravenousness that is on a comparable level was very evident inside the connections of Tom and Daisy just as Gatsby and Daisy. This topic of avarice, holed up behind the various connections we read about in the two books, was a primary wellspring of their failures.â â â â â à à à à à In McTeague, Norris initially depicts Marcus as the dearest companion that McTeague has. McTeague and Marcus meet each other ââ¬Å"at the vehicle conductorsââ¬â¢ espresso ââ¬joint, where the two involved a similar table, and met at each mealâ⬠(Norris 10). One is normally persuaded, in view of their regular dinners together, and the nearby living nearness to each other, that the two were amazingly dear companions, possibly even best friends.â â â â â In view of Norrisââ¬â¢ depiction of Marcus as one of McTeagueââ¬â¢s dearest companions, likely his dearest companion, we just approach one side of the relationship, however no genuine sign of how Marcusââ¬â¢s feels towards McTeague.

Chinese Economic Reform Essays - Chinese Communists,
Chinese Economic Reform Two years after the demise of Mao Zedong in 1976, it got obvious to a large number of China's pioneers that monetary change was vital. During his residency as China's head, Mao had supported social developments, for example, the Incredible Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution which had as their bases philosophies, for example, serving the individuals and keeping up the class battle. By 1978 Chinese pioneers were scanning for an answer for genuine monetary issues delivered by Hua Guofeng, the man who had succeeded Mao Zedong as CCP pioneer after Mao's passing (Shirk 35). Hua wanted to proceed with the ideologically based developments of Mao. Lamentably, these developments had left China in a state where farming was stale, mechanical creation was low, and the individuals' expectations for everyday comforts had not expanded in twenty years (Nathan 200). This last region was especially disturbing. While the gross yield estimation of industry and farming expanded by 810 percent and national salary developed by 420 percent [between 1952 and 1980] ... normal individual pay expanded by just 100 percent (Mama Hong cited in Shirk 28). Notwithstanding, endeavors at monetary change in China were acquainted not just due with a liberality on the part of the Chinese Communist Party to expand the people's expectations for everyday comforts. It had gotten clear to individuals from the CCP that financial change would satisfy a political reason too since the gathering felt, appropriately it would appear, that it had endured lost help. As Susan L. Evade portrays the circumstance in The Political Logic of Economic Reform in China, reestablishing the CCP's notoriety required improving monetary execution and increasing living expectations. The horrendous experience of the Cultural Revolution had disintegrated famous trust in the good and political uprightness of the CCP. The gathering's chiefs chose to move the base of gathering authenticity from ideals to skill, and to do that they needed to illustrate that they could convey the products. (23) This development from temperance to capability appeared to stamp a genuine takeoff from universal Chinese political hypothesis. Confucius himself had placed in the fifth century BCE that those people who best exhibited what he alluded to as good power should lead the country. Utilizing this guideline as a guide, China had for a considerable length of time endeavored to pick at any rate its bureaucratic pioneers by managing a test to decide their ethical power. After the Communist takeover of the nation, Mao proceeded with this accentuation on moral power by requesting that Chinese residents exhibit what he alluded to as right awareness. This right awareness could be displayed, Mao accepted, by the way individuals lived. Obviously, that which established right awareness was frequently decided and evaluated by Mao. All things considered, the perfect of good power was as yet an intense one in China considerably after the Communist takeover. It is essential that Shirk feels that the Chinese Communist Gathering pioneers considered monetary to be as an approach to recover their and their gathering's ethical uprightness considerably after Mao's demise. In this way, incomprehensibly, by showing their ability in a progressively useful zone of capability, the pioneers of the CCP felt they could exhibit how they were serving the individuals. Undoubtedly, the advance toward monetary change occurred accordingly of a changed local and universal condition, which adjusted the initiative's view of the components that influence China's national security and social steadiness (Xu 247). Yet, Shirk feels that, in those pre-Tienenmen days, such a move came about likewise because of an endeavor by CCP pioneers to illustrate, in an increasingly pragmatic and consequently less clearly ideological way than Mao had done, their ethical power. It is not necessarily the case that the possibility of monetary change was grasped eagerly by all individuals from the authority of the Chinese Socialist Party in 1978. All things considered, the issue of financial change became politicized as the issue was utilized as a methods by Deng Xiaoping to achieve the authority of the Chinese Communist Party. Mao's replacement, Hua Guofeng, had attempted to substantiate himself a commendable replacement to Mao by hanging himself in the mantle of Maoist convention. His way to deal with monetary advancement was standard Maoism with a forward-thinking, universal

Marriage has a powerful impact in the connection between work pressure and employment execution. Other individual segment data, for example, sex, age, tutoring record, rank and current situation inside organization, don't have huge contrast in the connection between work pressure and employment execution. Evaluate of the examination structure: (a) Problem proclamation/presentation part: The presentation part comprises of the weights among our every day life and how it influences us to become distressing that undermine our lives. This is on the grounds that there are contrasts among weights and stresses. Weights originate from outside, yet pushes create from inner. The creator states especially and exactly the causal connections of weights and stresses. In the first place, she drew out an idea that self destruction is a genuine scholarly issue. It leads out another idea that ââ¬Å"Should we battle to endure? â⬠Then, she utilized heaps of cases for exhibition. In conclusion, she said there will be less sick impacts on the off chance that we have moderate approaches to loosen up when we have weights and stresses. There ought to be more data with occasions to investigate the relationship. Hence, the dependability of the examination will be expanded and the convincingness will likewise be improved. (c) Methodology of the examination: The exploration was to explore the pragmatic conditions of the factors among the exploration subjects. The exploration subjects are the representatives of assembling and administration industry. In this way, the creator utilized a polls technique to deal with the exploration. Initially, she built the examination systems. Besides, she set up the examination suppositions after the exploration systems. She additionally affirms the operational definitions and contemplates what ought to be utilized as the instrument. In the primary expression, the examination systems set up a structure of the connection between work pressure and employment execution, additionally with the other factor of advising. At that point, the examination presumptions set up two suspicions as the relativity supposition and decent variety presumption. For the relativity presumption, the creator accepted that there is a conspicuous connection and expert as a mediator has a compelling impact in the connection between work pressure and employment execution. For the assorted variety presumption, the creator accepted that sex, age, marriage, level of training, long periods of administration and current obligation have variation impact in the connection between work pressure and employment execution. In the subsequent expression, the examination configuration has utilized factor investigation, connection investigation and relapse investigation in operational definition, work pressure estimation table and occupation execution estimation table among work pressure, work execution and guiding. For work pressure, the creator utilized Streesââ¬â¢s hypothesis (1988) which accepts an individual will have work pressure when confronting a few dangers from work. Additionally, she utilized the estimation table with 32 inquiries in 5-point likert scale: consistently, frequently, once in a while, sometimes and never, distributed by Institute of Occupational Safety and Health in Council of Labor Affairs in 1995 to quantify. For work execution, the creator utilized Campbellââ¬â¢s hypothesis (1987) which accepts that activity execution identified with the procedure when an individual who has the readiness to assist the association with accomplishing the objectives. In addition, she utilized the estimation table with 24 inquiries in 5-point likert scale: very concur, concur, no conclusion, differ and very deviate, received from Yu Dak Shingââ¬â¢s interpretation with minor changes that distributed by Motowidlo Van Scotter (1994) Task Performance Questionnaire the Task Performance Questionnaire (TPQ) and logical execution survey (Contextual Performance Questionnaire, CPQ) to quantify. For advising, the creator characterized it in a mental point of view that an individual will utilize the individual data to get oneself and make enhancements in adjusting to the new situations. What's more, she utilized a modified estimation table concerning Taiwan Tobacco Liquor Corporation. In any case, it is an uncertainty whether the exploration configuration can get the outcomes unmistakably and dependably. This is on the grounds that the estimation tables don't show an undeniable relationship between's activity stress and occupation execution. This will make up certain mistakes. In addition, the creator doesn't make reference to the measures of research subjects. To build the unwavering quality and exactness, the creator should make reference to the measures of research subjects and its responsiveness. Likewise, she should discover more references for making the estimation table in a conspicuous relationship. (d) Discussion and Conclusion of the Study: In the conversation area, results were deciphered and potential clarifications were given. The criticalness of the examinations is extremely low in light of the fact that the example size is confined. This has been validated by the researcherââ¬â¢s conversation that the greater part of the variables (work pressure and occupation execution) don't comprise of any relationship with advising. The analyst ought to enhance the strategy particularly examining. The end was profoundly stayed as the scientist characterized it into 6 pieces of various information. In any case, the greater part of them didn't show any connection with one another. In this way, the researcherââ¬â¢s endeavors were futile. End: Overall, this examination study gives us a decent view on the present circumstance of the degree on ââ¬Å"Job Stress to Job Performance: Counseling as a Moderatorâ⬠in Taiwan. It gives expanded audit on both universal and neighborhood literary works. The information and examination were spoken to in a precise and clear manner with the goal that perusers can easily appreciate. In any case, the gathered information included an expansive scope of various variables for inspecting the impacts in the relationship. It ought to be communicated all the more unmistakably in certain definitions. Something else, the importance of the sentence may at times befuddle peopleââ¬Ës understanding. Why It Is Important For The Business Of Police - 2208 Words
Introduction When I planned to start this paper I was unsure of what I wanted to pick but it was not long after, I started to think about what was important to me in policing. Each one that I picked are related to each other in the business of police. I think the three issues that I picked were very important, each being important in their own ways. Not only do I think they are important but with the amount of information I found off of each of them; I think a lot of other people thought it was important as well. I will explain each of them in a small amount of detail in the introduction, but enough so that you may understand what you are about to read about. The first issue that I would like to talk about is one that I think ties withâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦With this being said police are having to act very carefully more so now than twenty of so years ago. The last Issue that I will talk about is something that I think can be changed by enforcing stricter laws. For this to h appen though it could be against someoneââ¬â¢s rights though, but this issue is an issue that has not been going on that long but it has been around since people first lived. You may wonder what would be something that has really changed all that much and has been around that long well the answer is media. Yes media has changed a lot since it first started, and yes it has changed a lot for police as well in helping them and not helping them. I think some would agree that at this day and time police are seen as the bad guys or the spot light gets put on them all the time. You really see this happen when there is an officer involved shooting. Something that was talked about in my police and the community class was that media like to jump the gun. They try to get information out there even if it may be fake news or false news. This is something where police need to tighten the ropes and set laws for media on making these comments if it is not true. Issue 1 Technology in Policing When looking at technology in a broad topic, it becomes very clear in our minds that since the early eightyââ¬â¢s technology has sky rocketed. Free Variation in Phonetics Definition and Examples
In phonetics and phonology, free variation is an alternative pronunciation of a word (or of a phoneme in a word) that doesnt affect the words meaning. Free variation is free in the sense that it doesnt result in a different word. As William B. McGregor observes, Absolutely free variation is rare. Usually, there are reasons for it, perhaps the speakers dialect, perhaps the emphasis the speaker wants to put on the word (Linguistics: An Introduction, 2009). Commentary When the same speaker produces noticeably different pronunciations of the word cat (e.g. by exploding or not exploding the final /t/), the different realizations of the phonemes are said to be in free variation. (Alan Cruttenden, Gimsons Pronunciation of English, 8th ed. Routledge, 2014) Free Variation in Context Sounds that are in free variation occur in the same context, and thus are not predictable, but the difference between the two sounds does not change one word into another. Truly free variation is rather hard to find. Humans are very good at picking up distinctions in ways of speaking, and assigning meaning to them, so finding distinctions that are truly unpredictable and that truly have no shade of difference in meaning is rare. (Elizabeth C. Zsiga, The Sounds of Language: An Introduction to Phonetics and Phonology. Wiley-Blackwell, 2012) [F]ree variation, however infrequent, can be found between the realizations of separate phonemes (phonemic free variation, as in [i] and [aI] of either), as well as between the allophones of the same phoneme (allophonic free variation, as in [k] and [kà ¥] of back)...à For some speakers, [i] may be in free variation with [I] in final position (e.g. city [sIti, sItI], happy [hÃ"â¢pi, hÃ"â¢pI]). The use of final unstressed [I] is most common to the south of a line drawn west from Atlantic City to northern Missouri, thence southwest to New Mexico. (Mehmet Yavas, Applied English Phonology, 2nd ed. Wiley-Blackwell, 2012) Stressed and Unstressed Syllables There can... be free variation between full and reduced vowels in unstressed syllables, which also has to do with related morphemes. For example, the word affix can be a verb or a noun, and the form carries stress on the final syllable and the latter on the initial one. But in actual speech, the initial vowel of the verb is actually in free variation with schwa and the full vowel: /Ãâ¢fIks/ and /Ã"â¢fIks/, and this unstressed full vowel is the same as that found in the initial syllable of the noun, /Ã"â¢fIks/. This kind of alternation is probably due to the fact that both forms actually occur, and they are instances of two lexical items that are not just formally but also semantically closely related. Cognitively, when only one is actually evoked in a given construction, both are probably activated nevertheless, and this is the likely source of this free variation. (Riitta Và ¤limaa-Blum, Cognitive Phonology in Construction Grammar: Analytic Tools for Students of English. Walter de Gruyter, 2005) Extragrammatical Factors The fact that variation is free does not imply that it is totally unpredictable, but only that no grammatical principles govern the distribution of variants. Nevertheless, a wide range of extragrammatical factors may affect the choice of one variant over the other, including sociolinguistic variables (such as gender, age, and class), and performance variables (such as speech style and tempo). Perhaps the most important diagnostic of extragrammatical variables is that they affect the choice of occurrence of one output in a stochastic way, rather than deterministically. Progressivism Philosophy Of Education Progressivism
Progressivism Philosophy of Education The philosophy of progressivism in the classroom is one that is student centered. Being developed in the nineteenth century, the progressivism philosophy is considered one of the more modern philosophies of teaching. Founded by George Sanders Pierce, William James and John Dewey, this philosophy believes in hands on, action oriented learning to achieve results (Sadovnik, Cookson, Semel, 2013). This philosophy believes that education transpires through questions that develop from experiencing the world. In other words, progressivism is active, not passive. Progressivism is a great way of reaching students in the classroom as shown through the purpose, and goal of school, role of the teacher, curriculum and method used in teaching with this philosophy of education. Purpose of Schooling The purpose of schooling, according to progressivism, is heavily thought to be social, or a liberal perspective. The liberal perspective on the purpose of schooling is the development and improvement of a better society. This liberal perspective developed during the progressive era of the U.S with the height of its popularity being after World War I. The liberal perspective supports capitalist market but believes if this market is not regulated it is likely that disadvantaged groups will be abused (Sadovnik, Cookson, Semel, 2013). Memoization and Fibonacci Numbers for Dynamic Programming
Question: Discuss about theMemoization and Fibonacci Numbers for Dynamic Programming. Answer: Introduction Dynamic programming involves breaking down complex problem into sub-programs that can be solved easily. Once the sub-problem is solved, the answer is combined to get solution to complex a problem. The main problem in this project would be using memoization and dynamic programing concepts in Fibonacci numbers. In many cases, Fibonacci numbers calculation makes use of recursion which is quite iterative in nature. Important to note is that, dynamic programming application in Fibonacci numbers is used to avoid multiple sub-program calculations experienced in recursive algorithms. Memoization in dynamic programming takes both Bottom-pup and Top-down approach in solving the subject problem (Moerkotte Neumann, 2008). The Top-down approach breaks complex problem into sub-optimal problems while Bottom-Up approach combines sub-optimal solutions to desirable solution. The process starts by selecting a problem. Once problem has been identified, the best approach is chosen, Top-down or Bottom-up . Generally, dynamic problem works in cases where problems have right-left inherent order such as sequence of integers, strings ad trees graphs. Memoization involves concepts of storing results from previously computed functions and calling them on demand. On the other hand, recursion takes place when a program function calls itself several times while giving similar results from provided inputs. When results from integers are computed from provided inputs, they are stored in a buffer waiting to be conjoined to one desirable but complex optimal solution. The process might look similar to recursion but dynamic programming does not need recursion in order to work. Dynamic programing has its power on being able to understand which partial results would be required in building up the final answer (Dai, Chen Zheng, 2018). Therefore, the goal of this project would be to implement dynamic programming concepts when calculating an nth value in Fibonacci numbers through memoization. Typical problems There are many cases where dynamic programming has been applied but it is very important to evaluate which approach would work best. To understand the concept of memoization, dynamic programming and its application in Fibonacci numbers, some case studies would feature in the discussion. This section would be analyzed intensively by breaking it down into overview of memoization from inception to present. The background information would give detailed concepts of memoization and its application in dynamic programming. Similarly, it will involve evaluation of the problem, its importance and relevance to the study. It is at this section where key important aspect of memoization and dynamic programming are incorporated. It is at these two levels where implementation of memoization as it has been conjoined in the dynamic programming is done. Background information Dynamic programming date back 1950s when its concept was first introduced with an objective of making complex calculation simple (Cormen et al, 2009). Its operation is based on common phenomenon of principle of optimality. The principle implies that, the general optimal solution is a mere combination of sub-optimal solutions to some of its sub-problems. An evaluation of matrix chain multiplication problem shows that, it is quite wrong to assume the only value of interest is optimal. All values in the matrix table serves as a representation of optimal solution in the problem domain. It is important to note that Fibonacci numbers starts with only two set of values; either integer 1 and 1 or 0 and 1 in relation to chosen starting point. According to Stivala et al (2010), memoization and dynamic programming is applicable in Fibonacci numbers due to the fact that, it can be expressed in a finite sequence of decisions at several stages. The combination of both recursive and memoization was meant to come up with more reliable methodology to increase the performance of program execution. It is very clear from various evaluations of research that, dynamic programming through memoization has a wide array of applications. Finally, though it is highly recommended in many projects, it presents several challenges. However, it has been successfully implemented in various projects. Problem relevance and importance The problem is quite relevant to the study in that, with dynamic programming, the recursive nature of the problem is eliminated in the program. A good example depicts itself when a program to find for nth value such as 100 is run. In this case, instead of generating an array of numbers recursively, the entire set of 99 arrays is generated once and stored in order to be used in capturing desired results (Dai, Chen Zheng, 2018). Similarly, when dynamic programming is used in a program, memoization is the critical idea that improves program execution performance by eliminating the recursive nature of execution. Dynamic programming makes use of recursion and memoization to come up with more improved performance of generating and locating a given set of Fibonacci value (Fender, 2014). Therefore, the most important aspect would be to implement memoization in a program that generates a given value in Fibonacci numbers to improve its performance index. International Journal Of Logistics Systems -Myassignmenthelp.Com
Question: Discuss About The International Journal Of Logistics Systems? Answer: Introduction The report gives an overview of logistics management of Qube, Australia. Qube Logistics is the most progressive and largest integrated provider of port logistics of Australia (Qube.com.au 2018). The company ensures operation of service that covers rail and road transport, distribution and warehousing, container parks and intermodal hubs that included international forwarding of freight and rail terminals. Qube Logistics ensured combining the integrated solution for meeting the individual needs of the client. Thus, the report here describes the challenges faced by the logistics environment in Australia. There is also discussion on various strategies applied for resolving the issues of logistics management. The report also focuses on the role of the government in resolving the problem. The report discusses about the challenges of the domestic as well as the international logistics of Australia. The isolation and remoteness of Australia from the rest of the countries ensures additional challenges. The Australian logistic network is filled with challenges and this remains the primary focus of the discussion. The Main Problems with the Current Logistics Network in Australia Logistics refers to the function that is responsible for the material flow from suppliers to the organization through the operations within organization and then to the customers. A logistic challenge refers to an obstacle or difficulty faced by functions and processes of logistics (Guarnieri et al. 2014). The increasing pressure of limiting the negative impacts on environment can act as a global challenge for logistics while the impact of the Weatherly changes on the airport considered as a local challenge to logistics. Companies marketing Australia face challenges in logistic network on a day to day to basis and Qube being one of them is no different. Challenges in logistics network faced by the Australia companies primarily relates to geography, environment, demography, legislation and technology (Hatefiand Jolai2014). Therefore, the challenges faced by the current logistics network in Australia are as follows: Urban Challenges: The larger coastal cities in Australia experiences huge traffic congestion on day-to-day basis. Location of a warehouse in the city also acts as an addition in enhancing the traffic congestion thereby making it a daily challenge (Farahani et al. 2013). The presence of toll roads in Sydney also acts as a challenge to the logistic network despite the fact that they are built for overcoming and dealing with the traffic challenges. Sometimes the regular roads ate either blocked off or closed for encouraging vehicles for using motorways. These motorways have toll imposed. Suburban streets located near schools also forbid the entry of the heavy vehicles thereby posing as a threat to the logistic network. Regional Challenges The common problem faced challenge the logistic network of the Australian companies is distance. Presently, the road distance between Sydney and Australia was around 880 kilometers whereas Sydney and Brisbane parted by a distance of 930 kilometers. The large size of Australia with relatively smaller population makes the maintenance of the roads a daunting task(Handfield et al. 2013). Some roads might seem to be in a state of despair and is open to large potholes. These problems might pose challenging to logistic network due to longer journey times or the potential damage caused to the equipment. Demographical Challenges The ageing population of Australia is constant strain on the social welfare system of the nation. In the context of logistics, too an ageing population may give rise to problems. This is because with age, it becomes hard to learn newer things and with current technological advancement, the older generation finds it difficult to keep pace(Golinska 2014). Moreover, the older employees are not physically fit compared to the younger lot. This poses as one of the challenges of logistic network in Australia as the companies need to adapt and adjust to the different demand growths. Environmental Challenges Green logistics is now a vital part of the planning process of any Australian company including Qube. This leads to minimization of pollution and waste and ensures the business operations of the company seen in good light. While operating the logistics network by keeping the factors of environment in mind could be quite challenging for the companies (Pazirandehand Jafari2013). Environmental challenges can also be in the form of snowfall during winter and presence of hot weather during summer that also can pose as a challenge. Natural disasters like floods, cyclones and bushfires causes damage to equipment and infrastructure. Legislative Challenges The Federal and State government funding can pose detrimental to the logistics management if building of railways or roads does not take place on time due to persistent disagreements(Srivastava2013). The regulations imposed for goods movement also threatens the operations of logistics. Additional permits from Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) is necessary for importing goods. Even after the grant of permission there might exist certain restrictions on goods movement across the borders thereby resulting in operations barrier. In addition, the constant pressure of ensuring a safety not only incurs additional cost but also poses a barrier to the current logistic network. Technological Challenges The adoption of newer form of technology has posed as a challenge to the current logistic network in Australia. Although newer and updated technology gives the company a competitive edge but the investment that comes along with it poses as a burden for the firms. Then again, the failure of technology on which the companies might be depending upon can result in posing a challenge. Moreover, a transfer from an old information system to newer advanced methods can sometimes be quite challenging for the current network of logistics, as it might be confusing to not only the employees but also the company as a whole. Other Challenges The rise in the prices of the fuel has caused an addition strain on the transport system that might also cause a hindrance to the current logistic network of companies in Australia. In addition to this, there has been an increased risk in goods storage and movement due to property damage and theft. According to Fernieand Sparks (2014), there has been an overall loss of $30 billion because of cargo theft. This has also been a reason for posing challenges in the logistics network. Companies have thus become additionally aware and have therefore ensured additional surveillance and seals for safer logistic movement. There are also additional locks imposed on windows and doors along with proper supervision of loading and unloading. Moreover, companies have also become stricter regarding access to the dockyards and warehouses along with security checks conducted randomly. Companies have also undertaken measures for prevention of fraudulent activities. Use of enclosed truck ensured so that visibility of the goods denied. However, challenges to the logistic network are also due to any sort of ongoing maintenance work on rail and roads. Logistics Management Strategies for Resolving Issues The issues of logistic management can be resolved by adopting the following Strategies: By Ensuring Proper Planning: Proper planning takes care of various factors like storage facilities, goods procurement and delivery of the products to exact location. In addition, other parameters include transportation, costs and time (Bowersox2013). Planning helps in attaining the maximum possible work in least possible timing. Planning also helps in maximizing profits. Thus, proper planning is a wise plan that helps in dealing with unforeseen circumstances related logistic management network. Through proper planning an organization is able to manage the unavailability of transportation and solve any sort of persistent internal issue within the organization. However, the process of Logistics planning is not complete without an emergency plan. By Adopting Automation: Technology plays a vital role in enhancing the organizational efficiency. Automation plays a key role in optimizing the business processes. In this context of logistics, application of business process software will enable businesses in overcoming the challenges faced in the logistics network by providing timely update regarding goods movement (Huscroft et al. 2013). This software will enable the operator and client get details about the goods dispatched from the supplier, goods procurement at the warehouse and goods delivery at the required destination. This not only helps in avoiding manual interference but also help in saving time. The process involves accurate tracking. By Ensuring Regular Training Workshops: Every employee should have the necessary capabilities in their respective field of work. Regular training through workshops updates employees with latest trends of the logistic industry that help them in overcoming the obstacle faced with the logistic network. This also helps in enhancing the client satisfaction (Christopher2016). Logistics manager with effective interpersonal skills also helps in dealing with panicking situations. In addition, logistics managers should also have powerful contacts within the industry that can also prove to be beneficial in overcoming operational challenges in logistics. Proper Management of Warehouse: Effective management of logistics network depends on proper management of warehouse facilities. This is because specifications for storage options vary depending on the products. Thus, the logistic firms should focus on the development of warehouse inventory for minimum wastage of the goods. Efficiency of the Transportation Department: Efficiency of the transportation department helps in reducing the expense of logistic firms and ensures faster product delivery (Kye, Leeand Lee2013). Efficiency of transportation helps determining the best and safest route for delivery and cost effective means of packaging that ensures product safety and lower investment. Proper Measurement and Improvisation: The optimization of the current logistics network remains incomplete without integration of analysis, feedbacks and measurements. Deploying newer strategies also calls for the need of its measurement (Nachtmannand Pohl2013). This helps in determining the failure and success of the strategy. There should be integration of measurement tools and software that helps in the generation of genuine feedbacks and help in improvising necessary means for overcoming challenges. Proper measurement and improvisation also helps in the generation of a pool of ideas that helped in revealing the persistent flaws of the system. Role of Australian Government in Resolving the Problems Logistics is a key contributor of modern distribution and production systems that also has a contribution in a countrys macro economic development. Logistics highly affects sustainable development. Transport including freight receives a continuous attention from the public authorities. Thus, there is a minister for transport in all governments around the world. In this context, attainment of sustainability through the process of logistics management refers to the basic development and accessing the needs of the companies, individuals and society for meeting the safety in a manner that remains consistent with ecosystem and human health and thereby help in promotion of equity between and within successive generations (Soand Xu2014). This implies affordability, fair and efficient operation, proper choice of the mode of transport that not only support an economy that is competitive but also helps in balanced development regionally. The aspect of sustainability in logistic management also implies limitation on the emission and waste within the ability of the planet. Sustainability also refers to the use of renewable resources and minimizes the noise and the impact of transport on land. Thus, several governments take initiative in integrating logistics into their concerned policies. The concerned policies also focus on the economic, social and ecological preservation that happens to be the three pillars concerning sustainable development. Conclusion: The report ends with a discussion on the role of Australian government in resolving the problem related to current logistic network. There is also discussion on the strategies that helps in resolving issues related to logistic management. The report also focuses on the main problems encountered by current logistics network of Australia. The report however helps one to come to conclusion that logistics put forward diversified and intense evolution that would move towards a slower pace in the coming years. Effective logistic management focuses on improving the operational efficiency, enhanced customer satisfaction and increase of productivity. Strategies are however necessary for the process of optimizing the current challenges in the operational network of logistics. Every logistic firm undoubtedly struggle to boost the operations and ensure an optimized process. Although the current challenges faced by logistics operation network can be overcome, there might be newer challenges that will arise in the system. It is therefore, important to keep in mind that each of the challenges put forward a different problem solved by adopting newer measures.
